This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in the case of returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Refund Policy

Refunds at Glowfii are processed on a case-by-case basis and are granted under specific conditions as mentioned below. The nature of the product or service determines whether it qualifies for a refund and the process it must go through.

Glowfii offers both physical and digital goods. Each category has a specific refund structure, outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility for Physical Products

A refund for a physical product may be issued under the following circumstances:

2.1. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged in transit

  • Malfunctioning or defective

  • Has missing parts or accessories

Action Required:

  • Report the issue to us at support@glowfii.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include photographic or video proof of damage/defect

  • Return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us (as applicable)

    So we will redeliver either exchange or replace product within 5-7 business days.

2.2. Wrong Item Delivered

If the product received is:

  • Different from what you ordered 

  • Incorrect quantity

Action Required:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Send supporting pictures and your order details

  • Return the item in its original, unused condition

2.3. Undelivered or Lost Items

If your order has not been delivered beyond the estimated delivery date, and the tracking status does not reflect a successful delivery:

Action Required:

  • Contact us within 10 days of your order date

  • Once verified with the logistics partner, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund


3. Shipping Policy

All order will be processed within 1-2 days and we will deliver all the product within 5-7 working days

5. Return Conditions

If a return is requested for a refund, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

Note: Failure to meet these conditions may result in partial refund or rejection.

6. Refund Timeline & Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product or verify your refund eligibility:

  • Approval Notification: You will be notified via email if your refund is approved or denied

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are credit within 7–10 business days

  • Refund Mode: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, net banking)

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer (after verification)

  • Store credit (optional)


7. Order Cancellations

7.1 Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before the order is dispatched.

7.2 After Shipment

If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still be eligible to apply for a return and refund after receiving the item.


8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period:

  • First, check your bank or card statement

  • Contact your payment provider — some banks take up to 10 working days to process refunds

  • If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@glowfii.com


9. Bulk or Wholesale Orders

For orders involving bulk quantities, wholesale partnerships, or business purchases, our refund and return policies may vary. Please contact our team directly before placing large orders to understand the applicable terms.


10. Fraudulent Claims or Abuse

Glowfii reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund claims if fraudulent behavior is suspected

  • Blacklist customers found misusing refund/cancellation policies

  • Involve legal counsel if loss of revenue due to malicious refund attempts is identified


11. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy is subject to revisions. Any changes made will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
