By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "We," "Us," "Our," or "Glowfii" refers to Glowfii and its affiliates.
1.2 "You," "Your," or "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
1.3 "Products" refers to beauty and cosmetic items listed and sold on the Platform.
1.4 "Seller" refers to third-party vendors who list and sell Products through our marketplace.
1.5 "Order" refers to your request to purchase Products through the Platform.
1.6 "Account" refers to the user profile created on the Platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform and make purchases. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.
2.2 Account Creation To make purchases on Glowfii, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
2.3 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Use a strong and unique password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensure you log out from your account at the end of each session
2.4 Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You provide false or misleading information
- Your account is used for fraudulent activities
- We are required to do so by law
3. PLATFORM USE AND RESTRICTIONS
3.1 Permitted Use You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes to browse, select, and purchase beauty and cosmetic products for personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Prohibited Activities You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Sellers
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Use the Platform to sell or distribute counterfeit products
- Engage in any fraudulent activity including payment fraud
3.3 Intellectual Property All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Glowfii or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. MARKETPLACE MODEL
4.1 Glowfii as a Marketplace Glowfii operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers with third-party Sellers. While we facilitate transactions, the actual sale contract is between you and the Seller.
4.2 Seller Verification We implement verification processes to ensure Sellers meet our standards. However, we do not manufacture, store, or directly sell the Products unless explicitly stated.
4.3 Product Authenticity Glowfii guarantees that all Products sold on our Platform are 100% genuine and authentic. We work only with verified Sellers and authorized distributors. Any counterfeit products discovered will result in immediate removal of the Seller and full refund to affected customers.
4.4 Product Information Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by Sellers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
4.5 Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price applicable to your Order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
5.1 Placing Orders When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase the Products. We or the Seller reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Inability to deliver to your location
5.2 Order Confirmation Once your Order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address provided. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your Order; it merely confirms that we have received it. Your Order is accepted when we or the Seller dispatch the Products.
5.3 Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Net Banking
- Other payment methods as displayed on the Platform
5.4 Payment Processing All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Payment must be received in full before we process your Order. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- The payment information provided is accurate and current
- You have sufficient funds or credit to complete the purchase
5.5 Payment Security We do not store your complete credit card or debit card information on our servers. All payment information is encrypted and processed by third-party payment service providers.
5.6 Pricing Errors If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an Order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to:
- Reconfirm your Order at the correct price, or
- Cancel your Order and receive a full refund
5.7 Taxes All applicable taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax), are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes if applicable.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery Area We currently deliver to all regions within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6.2 Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your Order. Some Orders may qualify for free shipping based on order value or promotional offers.
6.3 Delivery Timeline Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on:
- Your delivery location
- Product availability
- Seller's processing time
- Courier service performance
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, but may vary. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
6.4 Delivery Address You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. Any additional costs incurred for redelivery due to incorrect address information will be borne by you.
6.5 Delivery Confirmation Upon delivery, you or an authorized recipient must sign for the package. By accepting delivery, you acknowledge receipt of the Products.
6.6 Failed Delivery If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
The courier will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery ultimately fails, the Order may be returned to the Seller, and you may be charged return shipping fees.
6.7 Risk of Loss The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1 Return Period You may return Products within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that return windows may vary by product category or specific product, as indicated on the product page.
7.2 Eligible Returns Products are eligible for return if they are:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Materially different from the description
- Expired or nearing expiry (within 3 months of expiry date at delivery)
- Incorrect items delivered
7.3 Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tested
- Products with tampered or broken seals
- Cosmetics, perfumes, and fragrances that have been opened
- Intimate care products and personal hygiene items
- Products without original packaging, tags, or labels
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
- Gift cards and vouchers
7.4 Return Conditions To be eligible for return, Products must be:
- In original, unopened, and unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
7.5 Return Process To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Account
- Go to "My Orders" and select the Order you wish to return
- Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
- Submit your return request
- Our team will review and approve or decline your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the product from your address
- You will receive return pickup details via email and SMS
7.6 Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by Glowfii for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong items delivered
- Quality issues
However, if you are returning a product for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order by customer), return shipping may be at your expense, at our discretion.
7.7 Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned Product:
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
7.8 Refund Amount Refunds will include:
- Product price
- Shipping charges (if applicable and if the return is due to our error)
Refunds will not include any convenience fees or payment gateway charges unless required by law.
7.9 Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a Product, please return the original Product for a refund and place a new Order for the desired item.
7.10 Order Cancellation by You You may cancel your Order:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel any Order before it has been dispatched by the Seller. Full refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
- After Dispatch: Once an Order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. You may refuse delivery and initiate a return once received, subject to our return policy.
To cancel an Order, go to "My Orders" in your Account and select "Cancel Order."
7.11 Order Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel any Order at any stage if:
- The Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product information is incorrect
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Delivery to your location is not feasible
- The Seller is unable to fulfill the Order
- Force majeure events occur
If we cancel your Order, you will receive a full refund within 3-7 business days.
7.12 Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective Product:
- Do not use the Product
- Take clear photographs of the Product, packaging, and damage

- We will arrange for pickup and provide a replacement or full refund
8. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT
8.1 Posting Reviews You may post reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, and other content ("User Content") on the Platform. By posting User Content, you grant Glowfii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes.
8.2 Review Guidelines When posting reviews, you agree to:
- Provide honest and accurate feedback based on your genuine experience
- Not post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Not include personal information of yourself or others
- Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
- Not violate any intellectual property rights
- Not post content that is false or misleading
8.3 Content Moderation We reserve the right to:
- Moderate, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms
- Remove reviews that we suspect are fake or fraudulent
- Take action against accounts that repeatedly violate review guidelines
8.4 No Endorsement User reviews represent the opinions of individual users and do not reflect the views of Glowfii. We do not endorse any User Content or verify its accuracy.
9. LOYALTY PROGRAMS AND PROMOTIONS
9.1 Promotional Offers We may offer promotional discounts, cashback, referral rewards, or loyalty programs from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated.
9.2 Promotional Codes Promotional codes or discount coupons:
- Are valid only for the specified period
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- Are non-transferable and have no cash value
- May be subject to minimum purchase requirements
- Can be revoked at our discretion if misused
9.3 Modification of Programs We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any loyalty program or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Marketplace Liability As a marketplace platform, Glowfii acts as an intermediary between you and Sellers. We are not liable for:
- Quality, safety, or legality of Products offered by Sellers
- Accuracy of Seller-provided product descriptions
- Seller's ability to fulfill Orders
- Any direct or indirect dealings between you and Sellers outside the Platform
10.2 Platform Availability While we strive to ensure the Platform is available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:
- Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues
- Loss of data or content
- Errors or omissions in Platform content
- Unauthorized access to your Account (unless due to our negligence)
10.3 Maximum Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of content
10.5 Product Use We are not liable for:
- Allergic reactions or adverse effects from Product use
- Misuse of Products contrary to instructions
- Products used beyond expiration date
- Results or outcomes from Product use
Consumer Protection Notice: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glowfii, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and Sellers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or rights of any third party
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your User Content
- Any fraudulent activity associated with your Account
- Any dispute between you and a Seller
12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
12.1 Data Collection We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

13.3 Product Images Product images and descriptions may be owned by Sellers or their suppliers. Unauthorized use of these images is prohibited.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.2 Jurisdiction Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

17. TERMINATION

17.2 Termination by Us We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your actions create legal liability for us
- We are required to do so by law
- We decide to discontinue the Platform
17.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
- We may delete your Account information and content
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments or obligations
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply
18. GENERAL PROVISIONS
18.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glowfii regarding your use of the Platform.
18.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
