We currently deliver to all regions across India, including:

  • Remote and hard-to-reach locations

1.2 Serviceable PIN Codes

We cover all Indian PIN codes. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location by entering your PIN code. If your area is temporarily unserviceable, we'll notify you immediately.

1.3 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India. If you're located outside India, please check back as we may expand our services in the future.


2. SHIPPING CHARGES

2.1 Standard Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order value
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Seller location

2.2 Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on:

2.3 Shipping Fee Transparency

If your Order contains products from multiple Sellers:

  • Items may be shipped separately
  • Shipping charges may apply per Seller

3. PROCESSING TIME

  • Order Confirmation: Sent via email and SMS immediately
  • Seller Processing: 1-3 business days (time for Seller to pack and prepare your Order)

3.2 Business Days

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding:

  • Sundays
  • National holidays
  • Regional festivals (may vary by location)

3.3 Cut-off Times

Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays will be processed the next business day.


4. DELIVERY TIMELINE

4.1 Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery timelines:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune):

  • 3-5 business days

Tier 1 Cities:

  • 4-6 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities:

  • 5-8 business days

Remote Areas:

  • 7-10 business days

4.2 Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery times may vary due to:

4.3 Estimated Delivery Date

You will receive an estimated delivery date:

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be earlier or later.

4.4 Expedited Shipping

Currently, we do not offer express or expedited shipping options. All Orders are shipped via standard delivery. We're working to introduce faster shipping options in the future.


5. ORDER TRACKING

5.1 Tracking Your Order

Once your Order is dispatched:

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS
  • Track your Order in real-time through:
    • Your Glowfii account (My Orders section)
    • Courier partner's website
    • Direct tracking links in your email

5.2 Shipment Updates

You'll receive notifications at key stages:

  • ✅ Order Confirmed
  • 📦 Order Packed
  • 🚚 Out for Delivery
  • ✅ Delivered

5.3 Tracking Issues

If you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours of Order confirmation, please contact our customer support at mail@glowfii.com.


6. DELIVERY PROCESS

6.1 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts to your address during business hours (typically 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

6.2 Delivery Requirements

At the time of delivery:

  • Someone must be present to receive the package
  • Valid government-issued ID may be required for high-value Orders
  • Signature confirmation will be collected
  • Payment verification (if cash on delivery - note: we currently don't offer COD)

6.3 Delivery to Alternate Address

If you won't be available:

  • You can authorize someone else to receive the package
  • The recipient must show your Order confirmation
  • Inform the courier partner in advance via tracking contact

6.4 What If You're Not Home?

If no one is available during delivery:

  • The courier will leave a delivery attempt notice
  • Contact information will be provided
  • You can reschedule delivery or arrange for pickup

6.5 Package Inspection

You have the right to:

  • Inspect the outer packaging for damage before accepting
  • Refuse delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged
  • Take photos/videos of damaged packages

Important: Once you accept and sign for the delivery, it's considered received in good condition.


7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

7.1 Accurate Address

Please provide:

  • Complete street address with house/flat number
  • Landmark for easy identification
  • Correct PIN code
  • Working mobile number
  • Alternative contact number (recommended)

7.2 Address Verification

We may verify your address via phone call or SMS before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.

7.3 Address Changes

Before Dispatch:

  • You can modify your delivery address by contacting customer support immediately
  • Address changes are subject to serviceability

After Dispatch:

  • Address changes are generally not possible
  • Contact our support team for assistance; we'll coordinate with the courier partner
  • Additional charges may apply for address modifications

7.4 Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by you:

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund
  • You may need to pay for redelivery
  • We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to address errors

8. FAILED DELIVERY

8.1 Reasons for Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

  • Recipient not available after multiple attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Phone number not reachable
  • Recipient refused to accept delivery
  • Delivery location inaccessible

8.2 What Happens Next?

  • You'll be notified via email and SMS
  • Package will be held at the local courier office for 3-5 days
  • You can arrange for pickup or request redelivery
  • After the holding period, the package will be returned to the Seller

8.3 Return to Seller

If the package is returned to Seller due to delivery failure:

  • You may be charged return shipping fees
  • Refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges
  • You can place a new Order with correct details

9. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

9.1 Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Do not accept delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged or opened
  2. If accepted, immediately take photos of the package and damaged items
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@glowfii.com
  4. Provide Order details, photos, and description of damage
  5. Do not use or open damaged products

We will:

  • Investigate the claim
  • Arrange for return pickup (free of cost)
  • Provide a replacement or full refund

9.2 Lost Shipment

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive the package:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors
  2. Look around your delivery area
  3. Contact the courier partner using tracking details
  4. If not found within 24 hours, contact us at mail@glowfii.com

We will:

  • Investigate with the courier partner
  • File a claim if necessary
  • Provide a refund or send a replacement

Note: We're not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier if:

  • Someone at your address signed for it
  • Delivery was made to the address you provided
  • You authorized an alternate recipient

10. PACKAGING

10.3 Gift Wrapping

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. Products will be shipped in standard Glowfii packaging.


11. MULTIPLE ORDERS

11.1 Combining Orders

  • Orders cannot be combined after they're placed
  • Each Order is processed separately
  • To save on shipping, add all desired items to your cart before checkout

11.2 Partial Shipments

If you order multiple items:

  • They may arrive in separate packages
  • Different items may have different delivery timelines
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number
  • You'll be notified about each shipment separately

12. ORDER SPLITTING

  • Products are from different Sellers
  • Items are in different warehouses
  • Some items are out of stock

You'll be informed if your Order is being split, and you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.):

  • Courier services experience high volume
  • Processing times may be slightly longer

13.2 Weather-Related Delays

Severe weather conditions (floods, storms, heavy snowfall) may cause delivery delays in affected areas. We'll keep you updated via email and SMS.


14. UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

Certain items may be restricted in specific locations due to:

  • Courier partner limitations
  • Safety concerns
  • Customs restrictions

If we cannot deliver to your location, you'll be notified at checkout or after placing your Order, and a full refund will be issued.

18. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete physical address with landmarks for successful delivery.


19. CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

All applicable taxes (including GST) are included in the product price and shipping charges. No additional customs duties or taxes are applicable for domestic orders within India.
